Upward Spirals is a nonprofit think tank and consulting company, supporting sustainable solutions and regenerative lifestyles. We're building tools, templates, guides, business plans, and social benefit programs for leaders of regenerative projects, to help us all accelerate the co-creation of a regenerative society.*Management Consulting & Organizational Development* We offer a range of management consulting, social enterprise incubation, organizational development, and financial, marketing, and strategic planning services to leaders of humanitarian and environmental projects.*Sustainable Transition Design* We help people plan lifestyle transitions to more sustainable communities, ecovillages, and off-grid ecologically considerate homesteads. We do this by coordinating transition planning tours and Sustainable Living Expeditions to help people learn from successful models, and helping people find the biodiverse areas and properties with abundant pure water for organic agriculture and healthy lifestyles. We also support business owners to adapt their services to the Costa Rican market, or to develop new wellness and educational service lines to leverage regional business opportunities.*Social Enterprise Development* We offer courses for eco-social entrepreneurs and regenerative business owners combining regenerative business models, with conscious responsible business practices, and advanced financial and marketing management strategies used by the most powerful companies in the world. Some recent clients have used the organizational development time and new skills to create a lifestyle design coaching program, an online holistic health membership site, and for developing and operating an ecovillage and wellness and education center.
