Urban curators is an independent agency of interdisciplinary team that works in the field of urbanism, architecture and cultural management. Mission: We create and revitalize urban space for public benefit, with involvement of all stakeholders participation; we balance their interests and create a common vision for the project. Values: we create a high quality urban space we are confident that such space is a result of joint interdisciplinary effort we believe in public potential and support their right for the city we choose meaningful work we value freedom, creativity and honesty in work we support innovators in our field (NGO’s, municipalities and commercial enterprises who share our values) Expertise: researches - analysis - diagnostics design - architectural and urban design - implementation communication - consulting - mentorship - advocacy - moderation urban process organization Who do we benefit? Our expertise helps all those seeking out ways in transforming space for public needs. We work with and support field innovators, NGO’s, cities and enterprises who share our common values. Why are we different? Those who seek visions for the future of neglected spaces need new specific instruments. Traditional design organizations do not have means for objects in transition between decline and heavy reconstruction. Urban curators therefore stand for an extended understanding of planning. We develop projects in open and dynamic planning processes that are not limited by our intervention.
