URBAN DESIGN HUB is an International Company, founded by Guillermo Parodi & Monica Zgaib, focused on Territorial and Urban Interventions, Master Plans, Projects and Architectural Works. We are conscious and sensitive to each location as a unique place, creating a new vision which goes beyond current reality, based on the synergies between five complementary axes - Design + Innovation + Sustainability + Development + Concretion - which define the quality of Architecture, Neighbourhoods, Cities, and Regions. Our multidisciplinary team of National and International experts is committed to generating genuine added value in each step, going from conceptualization to materialization and management over time. We propose and participate actively in Workshops, Conferences, and Study Trips promoting the diffusion and permanent transfer of knowledge. DESIGN Design is our essence, where everything converges to conceive the soul of each project and materialize it with dedication in each of its multiple dimensions. INNOVATION We seek intelligence in the creation of questions and precision in the search for answers. SUSTAINABILITY We take on the challenge of activating Culture + Environment + Resources Care + Social Inclusion + Creative Economies, in favour of a collective Well-being; We consider vital that each resource reaches the people to whom it has been destined, multiplying in Initiatives, Actions, and Works; improving their lives. DEVELOPING We facilitate the integration of Citizens' wishes, Private Sector action, Public Sector cooperation, dialogue with Universities, and Local and International experiences. CONCRETION We set the course over 20 years ago: open up the possibilities of Architecture, Cities and Territories to offer them generously to their inhabitants.
