Urban Muse was founded to acquire and develop residential and mixed-use real estate in New York City. As a privately held real estate firm, Urban Muse acquires, develops, re-develops, and brands residential and mixed-use properties in densely-populated urban areas by balancing concept, economics, design and delivery. Since 2006, the firm has developed over square feet, with an estimated project cost of $225 million, partnering with leading financial institutions such as H.I.G. Capital, Lubert-Adler, Angelo Gordon, Wells Fargo, HSBC, and Deutsche Bank. Guided by our curiosity, we seek to re-imagine urban life through differentiated real estate concepts.
