Urban Sites is a real estate development, construction, and management company that has played a prominent role in the preservation and revitalization of Cincinnati's center city. We started our journey in 1985 by renovating dilapidated buildings in Over-the-Rhine, one of the largest urban historic districts in America and the country's largest collection of Italianate architecture. After spending decades saving historic buildings in Cincinnati's urban core, we are now the largest privately held market rate developer and real estate company in Over-the-Rhine, with presence in surrounding neighborhoods such as East Walnut Hills and Covington.
