Urbanest Architects is a contemporary architectural practice working across a wide range of sectors, including bespoke residential, commercial, hospitality, urban regeneration, light industrial and public projects. With studios in the energetic Cape Town suburb of Observatory and the serene Overberg town of Stanford, we bring both urban insight and a deep sensitivity to place to every commission. Founded by Minette Bell, a highly experienced architect with over 35 years in practice, and now led by Simon Ferrandi and Matthew Fourie, Urbanest Architects is a collaborative team of architects and designers united by a shared commitment to design excellence.
