First started as a sole proprietorship in 1986, URIE PC specializes in small projects for large organizations. Big firms are great and offer a wide range of expertise among their staff but they don't assign their most able and experienced professionals to small projects. We can and have been doing so for three decades. We offer commercial and corporate quality architecture and interior architecture services more often than not on a fast track basis. Projects of a highly technical nature like computer rooms, secure facilities, microbiological laboratories, training and conference facilities with involved AV requirements, and high tech office space are most often found among our projects. Although a small firm, through established relationships with our consulting engineers we offer a full service approach to building alterations, additions and renovations. And with our extensive project management and construction phase experience the owner's representative services we provide have proven to be most cost effective.
