As a trainer, I strongly believe in blended learning concepts and use my experience in both fields to inspire others to challenge themselves, become more productive and efficient, but most of all, enjoy their day to day work. As a consultant I am able to quickly pinpoint bottlenecks and come up with solutions that incorporate both quick wins and long term strategic planning to ensure the completion of organizational goals.
