Urovo ShenZhen was established in Jan 2006 by Urovo Technology (Hong Kong) Holdings Limited with a registered capital of 60 million yuan. Our focus is on research and development ("R&D"), manufacturing, sales and after sales support of industrial mobile devices. Our products and solutions are widely used in the logistics, retail, manufacturing, medical, and government sectors. With over 15% of our annual revenue reinvested into R&D, Urovo has a professional technical team with 52 patents and copyrights. Our products and solutions have been successfully deployed in mega projects such as the Beijing 2008 Olympic logistic management system, and the China Customs real-time data warehousing system. When we the first introduced our locally designed i60 and the u60xx series of wireless mobile intelligent client, we gained recognition as the pioneer and leader in the mobile solutions for the logistics industry in China. Today, we have added over 10 models of mobile devices to our portfolio, which include the mobile payment client, the handheld data terminal integrated with RFID reader/writer, 1D/2D barcode scanner & wireless communications, the industrial tablet computer and various handheld barcode scanners. We also complement our hardware devices with our complete client-server software systems to offer a comprehensive solution to our clients. Our manufacturing facility is in ShenZhen, and we have sales and support centers in Beijing, Shanghai, and GuangZhou. Using Urovo Hong Kong as our global marketing gateway, we have over 300 distributors, system integrators, and business partners working closely with us to deliver our products and solutions in over 40 countries in the world. We have over 60% market share in the China domestic logistics industry, being the forerunner in sales for 4 consecutive years. We have also won the trust and recognition from our MNC clients, including Fedex, UPS, DHL, TNT, Starbucks, KFC etc. Having achieved pole position in the mobility industry in China, and second in the Asia Pacific, we anticipate rapid growth in the international mobility arena.
