We are URUFIT-a Fitness/Health Technology startup incubated at NASSCOM's warehouse in Chennai. We are building a Fitness-Ecosystem envisioning changing the way fitness and training is positioned and perceived in our country. We use heart-beat data into arrive at Deep-Personalized information on Exercise, Training, Recovery, Sleep and Stress. We are in the pursuit of making the benefits of Digital Physiological Modeling available to Indians with near laboratory accuracy. As our first-step, we are working towards addressing the problem faced by Athletes with the help of technology. Taking inspiration from “FitIndia” and “Hum Fit Toh India Fit” campaigns, our objective is to enable, coach, guide and improve the performance our athletes scientifically with the help of latest technology. We build the Machine Learning models to derive near lab accuracy for fitness parameters like VO2max, Energy Expenditure, Training Effect, Fitness Testing, Performance Readiness, Stress and Recovery. Since the physiological data used to build our ML models are Indian data our parameters will be more accurate for our users. The ecosystem delivers the scientific insights needed by the coaches and trainers to offer personalized training guidance to the Athletes. We give physiological information to optimize performance, reduce injury and fast track player development. We derive insights from Heart Rate and Heart Rate Variability data which enhances the power of individualized training and recovery guidance.
