The Mag Well is Precision Machined with a Wire EDM which assures magwell dimensions and centering tolerances that are not possible with broaching methods. The opening has a generous chamfer and the internal surface appears polished which assures the magazine ejects flawlessly when the release button is pressed. All are are from 7075 T6 Forgings, Mil-Spec Type Hardcoat anodized for the toughest most durable finish available, adding rigidity and resisting scratches/dings.
