Usc Apasa

The USC Asian Pacific American Student Assembly (APASA) is a programming, advocacy, and umbrella organization for 26 Asian Pacific American (APA) Member Organizations. We celebrate and share Asian Pacific Islander Desi American (APIDA) heritage and diversity through leading inclusive campus-wide events, supporting our member organizations and sponsoring cultural events. We strive to create a more united community, where students support each other culturally, socially, and academically by educating each other with their heritage, history, and traditions. The main goal of this year is continued, directed growth. APASA has grown a lot in the past few years, and we hope to continue this growth while making sure we are going forward in the right direction with the right intention. We will promote inter- and intra-assembly engagement, spark meaningful and difficult conversations, facilitate collaboration with the greater APIDA community, increase APIDA visibility, and enhance representation.
