Educating Future Leaders in the Food Industry Since 1958 - The Food Industry Management Programs at USC Marshall School of Business are designed exclusively for high-potential individuals of proven ability. Individuals have the choice of participating in either (1) the once-a-year, one-semester spring Food Industry Management (FIM) certificate program,(2) the four-day Food Executive Program (FIEP) offered each year in the Spring and Fall, or (3) the new 16-month Master of Science, Food Industry Leadership (MS.FIL).
