Useful Studio - Architecture

Useful Studio is an architecture and design practice committed to being a force for good in the built environment. We work closely with our clients and collaborators to design beautiful, useful and sustainable places and enjoy building strong and lasting relationships with local authorities, landowners, developers, schools and universities at all stages of development: from an early strategic level through to completion and occupation. We design lean, adaptable, and resilient solutions that make a positive impact. Our work spans from compact, resource-efficient projects to expansive redevelopments and masterplans. We help clients unlock the potential in their assets by enhancing value, improving efficiency, and reducing costs. The Studio is part of the Useful Simple Trust. Our mission is ‘to blaze a trail in the regeneration of our built and natural environment to meet the needs of all people and the planet’.
