Ushakov & Partners is a Russian law firm organized as association of attorneys and other professional lawyers, members of the State bar of Moscow, to provide different legal services and legal assistance in particularly complex cases to our clients. Our lawyers have long-track experience of their practice areas, especially in the legal support of big projects that require work in the field of corporate law, labor law, agreeing with the government authorities, licenses and permits, a as well as litigation in courts. Ushakov & Partners has a long-term contracts with several companies providing legal support for day to day business. We also provide a variety of legal services for private persons, including criminal cases, legal services under the family law, legal support of private property and personal taxation. Using our partnership with foreign law firms our clients can also obtain legal services in former USSR countries, United States, UK, Switzerland and offshore jurisdictions directly from our Moscow based offices. In late 2008 Ushakov & Partners was reorganized from Legal Bureau into Bar Association with the growth of the company to meet its organizational and legal form. Today Ushakov & Partners is a member of a group of companies, such as Investteh, CentrAudit, Invekon and others, where the partnership includes not only legal services but also the auditing and accounting firms, the patent office, management company and investment company.
