USR is a Florida limited liability that was formed in 2016, for the purpose of holding companies that specialize in behavioral health care and related services. USR also provides administrative oversight and support to its subsidiaries, as a business associate, from its corporate headquarters in Port St. Lucie, Florida. USR also owns and operates a substance abuse marketing call center in Coconut Creek, Florida. USR subsidiary companies are located in Florida, Maryland, and Kentucky. USR previously had holdings in New Hampshire, which it sold on December 13, 2018.
