USTEER is an online tool developed by a British technology company which drives the development of next generation human skills. Applying the science of cognitive steering, which has already proved highly successful in tracking the social-emotional factors in high performing young athletes and more than students, USTEER works to support organisations making the transition to remote and blended working. Using rapid, real-time online assessments, USTEER tracks employee’s ‘steering cognition’, a function of the brain that is responsible for the ways in which our brains steer social-emotional interactions.
