When compared with over-the-counter securities trading practices (OTC), USX gives shareholders, directors and investors greatly improved liquidity, transparency and price discovery. Trading is undertaken via registered brokers. USX is operated by Efficient Market Services and via our trading system we are able to offer full quotation, temporary quotation and private markets. USX is not licensed under the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013.
