We are a one stop solution for property management and maintenance in Barbados. We currently operate from Lowther’s Park, Christ Church, where we strive to offer you cost effective and professional services for any type of consultation, management, maintenance or renovation in and around your property. We provide inspection to confirm the integrity of utilities, namely electricity, gas (piped natural gas or cylinder) and water. Our Director, Roger Downes has worked in construction and maintenance since 2003, having beginnings in the industry as a painter with Rotherley Construction. As a result of this exposure, he had the opportunity to work in many luxury homes in areas such as Port St. Charles, Sugar Bay at Mullins, Sugar Hill, Sandy Lane and several others along the west coast. He gained further experience as Property Manager and Head of Maintenance with the Elegant Hotels Group and St. Peters Bay Luxury Residences & Resorts and the Port Ferdinand Marina respectively. These assignments placed Roger in a unique position to not only oversee maintenance, but also to have responsibility for security, landscaping and pool and beach facilities. During his tenure with these companies, Roger was also able to gain vast experience in the implementation of various health and safety initiatives based on the mandate of various Tour Operator Health and Safety Management Systems. Roger is also qualified in the construction, maintenance and project management disciplines from SJPP, BIMAP and UWI Open Campus. UTILICHECK Building Inspection & Maintenance provides the full gamut of solutions to the wide and varying challenges that can arise in and around any property. All requests will be serviced in a timely and professional manner through the extensive pool of disciplines and trades available at a moment’s notice.
