Utilities Technology Council

The Utilities Technology Council is a global trade association representing electric, water, and natural gas utilities of all kinds in their pursuit of resilient telecommunications networks needed to underpin the delivery of critical utility services. UTC's almost 400 member utilities represent utilities of all sizes and ownership types, including the largest investor-owned utilities to the smallest rural cooperative and public power utilities throughout the U.S. Our diverse membership all build, maintain, own, and operate private telecommunications networks that enable greater reliability, grid modernization, and the deployment of distributed resources. In addition, numerous UTC utility members are deploying broadband connectivity to their communities and beyond. UTC assists its members through advocacy, meetings, education, and much more.
