Utopia Ways is a different way to educate and train people into discover themselves. If people will be not able to find stability and satisfaction inside, no job, no career, no company and no nation could offer it to them. A balanced and happy person is a far higher performer. It is about educate and train companies to work based on people and team's strengths not based on pressure and stress. It is about reminding to every company that their primordial goal is not making profit but serving people's needs. Utopia Ways assumed a great role in educating by preparing children to face their inner shadows and become real human. We propose to shift robotics generation into real and authentic humanly - creative generation. Utopia Ways is working with parents into open them up to the colorful and greatness and deeply treasured childhood world have in front of them. We often forget (as parents) our children are not belonging to us. They come through us with their own personal story and life theme. Utopia Ways assumed the role to turn adults to their own nature and to the source of every wonder in this Universe - the consciousness and inner world.
