UtopicsSocial is an impact-rooting venture for non-profit startups that drive entrepreneurial projects to tackle social and environmental challenges within the ethical economy. We are seeking Impact Capital partners who want to create truly impact-driven startups. Our model does not rely on equity extraction or dividend distribution; instead, it ensures a fair and measurable return to investors while reinvesting value into society and the planet. Our first rooted venture is CONVIVALIS, a non-profit startup in the housing sector. Its mission is to build a stable rental market that guarantees permanent access to housing through an Impact for Good investment model. Our vision is guided by the book "The Ethics of Human Systems" sets out an ethical framework for distinguishing between investments that are positively correlated with impact—where ventures realize values—and those where capital and impact are inversely correlated, reinforcing countervalues. At UtopicsSocial, we are proving that capital guided by ethics can root long-term systemic change.
