Utz Threads

Utz Translates to good in Maya Quiché, the language spoken by our partner weavers in the highlands of Guatemala. Utz Threads partners with women artisans to create culturally connected everyday use products. We offer a cultural exchange, economic empowerment, and education for both the artisan and consumer. We strive to see the women gain financial independence with integrity knowing that they've used their skills and knowledge to advance themselves. We also work towards creating a community of consumers that look to Utz Threads as a space to flex their buying power along with the ability to learn about the Maya Quiché cultural knowledge.
