What is UXCELLECE.ORG about? Is the first virtual mentorship academy to become a product designer created by me, Carlos Ripetta, and also as a principal mentor. Now let me tell you a little bit about my background as a Product Designer. I have worked as a digital designer for the last 17 years, and the last 11 years advocated developing my skills in UX and UI. When I started there wasn't a lot of academic or educational history to the discipline to become a Product Designer and the best way to learn it was in the working field. The word "User Experience" was floating around and our label as Digital Designers was changing slowly from that to UX/UI Designer and then to Product Designer, it took. I would say almost a decade. I have been in small companies, startups, big companies, and global companies as well. Which one is my idea with UXCELLECE.ORG? I will teach you all the fundamentals of being a product designer, our real role of us, the importance of communication between groups, the current situation of the companies, and the boundaries of culture and languages that you will find in multi-culture teams.
