We carry out usability test with users, verifying the ease-of-use of website and mobile apps. We design and test the user experience with aim of optimizing the conversion of users' needs in the company's goals on the web. We validate industrial/organizational software; we carry out field researches and tests with human operators, verifying safety and effectiveness of the procedures supported by technology. Our methodologies support the development of comprehensible technologies for the end users, maximizing learnability, safety, implementation at work and the satisfaction of use.
