V&L Trading are based in Leicester UK and have just been through our Fast Forward audit which we now have accreditation for as well as a Verisio audit. We have also just recently been accredited for Disney with a FAMA approval. Our Company is a fully vertical, from design through to making the final product, and this is all achieved under one roof. See below the link that will give you some idea of our set up. https://vltradingltd.co.uk We have our own design/sampling team, our in house graphic design team can accommodate our customers on both screen print(t-shirts, panel print) and AOP digitals directly onto fabrics. We have just at the beginning of this year acquired a digital printer on which we can create bespoke prints for our customers which are not replicated for anyone else. We have a screen print facility with a capacity to print 50k units/week, and we have our own in house manufacturing facility with a capacity to do 30k units/week. We also provide overdyes, washes, tie dyes and acid washes onto garments. We have access to our own Far East fabric suppliers who we have had a great season with this past year. We have taken a view on many new fabrics which we hold in stock, allowing our customers to sell styles that were in the past the reserve of Far East factories, but using our fabric allows them to be able repeat best selling styles within a shorter timeframe maximising margins on known winners. We also have access of course to all the locally knitted fabrics, and there has been a big push here also to work with suppliers who can provide us with sustainable/recycled options on many fabric bases. At the moment with the emphasis on sourcing Nearshore to reduce lead times and also reduce the carbon footprint for businesses it makes sense to look at what you may have available to you at your doorstep.
