V VISUALS is a creative entity that strives to provide high quality services to architects, designers and artists of different fields that want to preserve their works in images. Janis himself is an architectural photographer based in Riga, Latvia. He collaborates with different practices and individual professionals to create the best possible end result. Having received formal training as an architect in Riga, Rome, and Strasbourg, following the completion of his studies, he chose to fully commit himself to the field of photography. Opting to shift his focus from constructing physical structures to crafting visual representations, he perceives the image as a pivotal outcome of an artistically-driven process. This process not only involves documenting the built environment but also conveying a nuanced meaning through the imagery itself.
