VA TECH Finance initiated its activities in 1995 as the financial centre of competence of VA TECH Group (Austria’s largest Engineering Group). Since 2006, VA TECH Finance has been an independent financial services advisor specialized in three main divisions of core competence: • Financial Project Development, incl. the elaboration of the project documentation according to international standards (project information memorandum, business plan, feasibility study, project agreements, tender procedures, etc.) • Internationalization and Global Business Development, incl.
