Who are we? VALAN Consulting provides tailored consulting services in areas including project management/PMO, systems and software development, business development, capability development/business transformations to clients in France and around the world. About our founder Adrian Lappin, the founder and president of VALAN Consulting, is graduate of City University in London, with a degree in electrical and electronic engineering, and has over 25 years of professional experience. Through out his career Adrian has driven the delivery of and provided consulting expertise to a a broad range of telecommunications and networks, software and systems and public security projects around the world. Areas of consulting have included project management, programme management, capability development and organisational transformation. Types of Client He has worked with telecommunications operators, system and software developers, ministries of interior, police, national critical infrastructure protection & other public safety bodies as well other governmental and private clients. In addition he has also worked with the organising committees and government bodies responsible for the delivery of several high profile major sporting events (Manchester Commonwealth Games, Athens Olympics and the Doha Asian Games) to deliver the necessary systems and security infrastructure for these events. Project Experience Some of his more recent projects have included what are perhaps the world’s largest critical infrastructure protection and citywide surveillance/safe city projects, the design and development of a national multi-agency agency command centre in the Middle East, various C4i systems modernisation programmes as well as intelligent service platforms for telecoms operators.
