Valens is an old Latin word meaning strength and health. It expresses our vision for healthy, active ageing. We want to see older people enjoying a sense of vitality and energy that belies their years. Our focus is in maintaining and improving movement, quality of life, physical and mental wellbeing of our elderly clients. We strive for achieve care that is above current standard. With our unique approach of manual therapy, exercise therapy and hydrotherapy, we have the skill to adapt our services in all settings, whether it be a residential facility, in the comfort of our clients' homes, in a gym or even at a hydrotherapy pool. We also recognise the importance of a team approach and we co-ordinate customised tailored rehabilitation programmes and work with our clients and their carers, care co-ordinators and families.
