Valeo, from Latin meaning “to be healthy, feel good”, is a fun, unique upbeat club that helps kids and adults attain one of the greatest gifts of all – good health. We use innovative non-traditional dance and fitness techniques that build on the widespread excitement created by the recent ballroom dance phenomenon in shows like ‘Dancing with the Stars’ and ‘So You Think You Can Dance’. Our business philosophy is based on the concept of having fun. Everyone knows that health is important, but people associate workouts with strenuous boring monotonous routines. We create a fun upbeat environment where people don’t realize they’re “working out”. We also stress nutrition which goes hand-in-hand with fitness. At Valeo, we create enthusiasm around our love and passion for dance, health and nutrition and most importantly we have fun with it.
