Valida Consulting has developed in response to requests from clients. Valida operates in the Healthcare space, with particular emphasis on emerging Biotech companies, including devices, diagnostics, medicines and delivery mechanisms. We like to work alongside the business, adding value from the earliest development strategy, through to commercialising the business or product, in whichever way “commercialising” is defined by the enterprise. Effective development and commercial strategies are built on a thorough understanding of the product, market, current and future competitors, as well as an understanding of the health environment into which the product will launch. A critical element is alignment of the Executive team and the Board around a common view of the future, including the desired commercial model, geographical reach, and anticipated timing. It is also important to evaluate the skills needed in the context of the desired future state, as these may change over time. As the enterprise matures, there may be a need for broader management and leadership skills, either through effective recruitment, or through an interim management solution. Valida offers expertise and skill in all these areas, as well as access to a network of providers to further contribute to the success of the enterprise. Additionally, Valida is well connected to most of the global big pharma companies, as well as many bio/health businesses in Australia.
