Valley Custom Homes is a custom Modular or "off-site built" contracting company. We do turn-key packages from building permit to certificate of occupancy. We serve the Shenandoah valley from Loudoun County to Greene County. Very flexible w/ floor plan options and scope of work request. We build our porches, decks, garages, and sun rooms on site w/ the main structure being modulated. Green construction w/ a much faster turn-around time than conventional site building saving money on construction loans.
