Valley Pattern, Inc. is a full service 3D machining and prototype provider serving the industry since 1985. Valley Pattern is a growing company focusing on the production of industrial pattern tooling and molds for the foundry industry, with engineering services to manage prototyping from start to finish. Utilizing state of the art CAD, CAM and CNC equipment, our skilled tooling engineers are able to design and build foundry tooling from small simple designs to parts that are of a large and complex nature. Rapid prototype tooling can be produced in extremely short lead times using customer supplied CAD data and tooling cut from urethane plank. Higher production patterns are no problem for us, as we have experience in both vertical and horizontal molding as well as sophisticated core tooling with ejection and pull back pieces. We have designed and manufactured permanent molds for both tilt and static pour mold stations which have been made from both iron and tool steels. Some molds being highly rigged with ejection and pull cores.
