Established in 2011, the firm deploys and manages proprietary capital across a range of interests, from websites to vertical market software companies to publicly traded equities. Valsef Group’s private equity portfolio consists of- Valnet Inc, owner and operator of online properties- Valsoft Corp, acquirer of vertical market software- Valstone Corp, acquirer of industrial integrated system providers. On the public equities side, Valsef Capital's investment philosophy is based on the principles of value investing, while focusing on areas of public markets that have historically shown pricing inefficiency. Valsef and its entities are proud to have launched and donate 1% of profits to the Dream Big Foundation, whose focus is on supporting qualified charities in hopes of improving the lives of Montrealers.
