VMC was born in 2012 as a consulting firm specialized in VAVE (Value Analysis/Value Engineering), a robust methodology designed to increase Product Value to Customers, by reducing cost, increasing performance, or both During these years, we have integrated Design Thinking and Lean Startup methodologies in the product development process and observed that, combined with VAVE, results are exceptional.
