ValueBridge Capital advises founders on their first institutional fundraise from leading institutional investors We are unique in that we focus only on the Pre-Series A and Series A fund raise. We don’t do later stage rounds. It is done by our group firm Merisis Advisors. Our Parentage Merisis Advisors (link), the parent organisation, helps companies raise raise growth capital, plan for listings and exits, as well as manages the wealth being created for the ecosystem. The Need Philosophically, we believe that we should be there for our founders through their journey. The genesis of Valuebridge in 2020 lied in our realisation that there was a gap in helping them in the first institutional raise. Valuebridge bridges that gap and that’s why we chose this name. We purposely also want it to have its own unique identity, separate from the parent. The need for a dedicated advisory firm for this stage, has become more critical now than ever before. Raising the first round is the make or break for all startups and beyond the known names, are 100+ funds and family offices that invest in Pre Series A and Series A’s.
