Value Facilities Management was established in May 2017 by Benjamin Spark. He noticed that the industry was plagued with challenges and wanted to provide clients with the highest standard of service and tackle long term maintenance issues by planning for the future. He also wanted to change employee standards and hoped by doing so would be able to provide clients with secured long term team members. Benjamin’s career before May 2017 has seen him excel over an 11 year period in the Building Industry and the Engineering Maintenance Industry within some of the biggest resorts and hotels. Some of them include Lizard Island Resort - Delaware North, Long Island Resort - Oceans Tourism, Fitzroy River Lodge - Leedal Group, Peppers Soul Surfers Paradise and Peppers Blue On Blue Magnetic Island - Mantra Group and Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort - Gold Coast. Benjamin gained his extensive experience in the roles of Resort Carpenter, Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Manager, Assistant Chief Engineer and Chief Engineer. Benjamin brings together his deep technical knowledge, strong leadership and communication skills, and commercial approach. Starting as a sole operator back in 2017, Benjamin with the support of his team now provides building and facilities management services to some of the most unique, award winning properties in Sydney. The team focus on managing both residential and commercial properties, from medium to large size.
