Som grund för många av våra produkter och tjänster ligger ett prisindex för bostäder - Nasdaq OMX Valueguard-KTH Housing Index (HOX®). HOX Index har utvecklats i samarbete med KTH, distribueras av Nasdaq OMX och bygger på data levererad av bl.a. Svensk Mäklarstatistik AB och Lantmäteriet.
