Van Delft Chocolates & Bakery
In 1880 begon Jan van Delft in Koog aan de Zaan Van Delft Biscuits. En wel in dezelfde straat waar ook Albert Heijn en Verkade hun eerste winkel openden. In 1958 verhuisde de bakkerij naar de huidige locatie in Harderwijk. Van Delft was een van de eerste bakkers met een lopendebandoven voor de productie van pepernoten. “Daardoor zijn we de grootste en oudste pepernootfabriek in de wereld geworden. Groei door innovatie is nog steeds onze rode draad,” vertelt Oscar de Lange, directeur en eigenaar. “Ieder jaar komen er nieuwe producten bij”.
