Our portfolio consists of modern residential properties, shopping centres, office buildings, and a number of hotels.We also operate as a developer to strengthen and expand our own portfolio. We never stop looking for new assets to add to our portfolio. We see excellent opportunities in Warsaw and Kraków, and Poland has become our second home market. Based in Rotterdam, we employ a team of 30 dedicated and ambitious people in a compact, agile, and friendly organization that cherishes great ambitions for the future. The universal environmental, social, and corporate governance goals (ESG) deserve full attention, both in the industry and in our own property. We feel that it is important to find the right balance between financial returns and societal benefits. Our aim is to achieve a 100% sustainable property portfolio. At this point, 85% has at least an A label. It is of paramount importance to us to offer our lessees and tenants a clean and safe environment, which is why we also want to contribute to enriching the social lives of our tenants.
