Concept Our concept allows the management trainees to manage a virtual company or institution, in teams, for one or more days. They will learn to determine a goal, build a strategy and take all decisions for their company. This takes the form of a role-playing game, supported by our web-based VRTsim software that computes the consequences of the decisions taken and the interactions between the teams and/or their environment. Experience We have created many of such simulations, in cooperation with several training institutes and other companies.
