OÜ Vanalinna Ehitus is a building company that was established in 2001. Its core business areas are contracting, real estate development, facade work, painting and timber restoration. Vanalinna Ehitus is dedicated to preserving and restoring the old, helping to build bridges between the treasured past and a high-quality future. The company is competent in performing construction work that requires a heritage protection licence. The company mainly operates in Estonia. Since 2009 it has also undertaken facade work and timber restoration in Finland. In 2019 we established a subsidiary, VE Bygg AB that operates in Sweden. VE Bygg's core business is facade work. In providing our services we follow strict quality requirements and make optimal use of environmental resources. A quality and environmental management system based on international standards was introduced in 2011 which meets the standards of ISO 14001:2015, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018. The company's success and constant development can be credited to its stable team, which includes qualified and certified civil engineers and specialists with years of experience.
