Vancouver Waldorf School

At the Vancouver Waldorf School, students embark on a unique and enriching educational journey from an early age. With a focus on imaginative play and grace in the earlychildhood years, students gradually develop a deep appreciation for the world around them, fostering a sense of reverence and respect for life. As they grow, this foundation lays the groundwork for a challenging and fulfilling grade school and high school academic experience, preparing young people to reach their full potential as learners, individuals, and members of the wider community. With a curriculum that integrates artistic activities and the movement arts, the Vancouver Waldorf School offers a well-rounded education that engages students on physical, emotional, and intellectual levels. The close relationship between students and teachers fosters a supportive learning environment that encourages exploration and challenges students to reach new heights. Based on the philosophy of Dr. Rudolf Steiner (1861-1925), the Vancouver Waldorf School is part of an international network of over schools worldwide, offering a unique and holistic approach to education since 1968.
