Vandu Training & Consultancy is instigating positive disruption in Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) training. EDI has a multitude of benefits for organisations and individuals, however, recently it has come under criticism for its effectiveness. Vandu Training aims to change that by providing training and consultancy that makes a real difference by supporting organisations and communities to structurally embed an inclusive culture that promotes productivity and wellbeing, rather than providing one-off, ‘tick-box’ training. We do this by creating thoughtful, facilitative training sessions that can be tailored to attendees needs, follow-up sessions to ensure change is being made, inclusive leadership plans and equality champion training, encouraging organisations to maintain change from within – and much more.
