The idea of this humongous mammal disappearing into thin air seems to be a feat that is so possible, but you won’t quite know how to do it. The audience ponders in awe unaware of the strings and machinations working behind the scenes to make the elephant vanish. A process that is very much like making a work of art; when it is done people are more concerned with where it went than how it vanished. It is this philosophy that Vanishing Elephant uses with the work they do - projects that are grounded in reality, but very much have room for the make-believe.
