Founded in March 2009, Vantage Point Advisory (“VPA”) is an independent professional services firm focused on financial engagements for middle market companies. We aim to contract directly with companies in need of professional advisory services as well as other advisory groups in need of project-specific assistance. We are driven by results and understand the simple fact that our success is directly linked to that of our clients. VPA has experience operating under multiple mandates in a diverse set of conditions and believes in making concise recommendations based on thorough and objective analysis developed alongside company management. We are also realistic and appreciate that in today’s environment there are many situations without obvious solutions – capital is increasingly selective, collateral values have deteriorated, and liquidity constraints can quickly transform into solvency issues if not properly addressed. Outcomes where all parties have the opportunity to walk away “less unhappy” should not be prematurely dismissed in pursuit of “perfect” solutions that simply may not exist. VPA’s overarching objective is to help our clients identify and objectively evaluate all of their possible alternatives in order to achieve an optimal solution.
