VAPEC is a company specialising in the design, construction and maintenance of industrial boiler plants. We have many decades of experience and possess unique expertise in the field of industrial heat generation. Some of our boilers have been operating for more than 50 years. We are able to achieve these long operational lifetimes through regular inspections and appropriate maintenance, ensuring a high level of availability and reliability. We are also able to supply original spare parts for all SULZER® boiler series, supporting our customers with inspections and regular servicing our experienced service personnel. VAPEC high voltage electrode boilers are based on SULZER®- technology and have been installed for decades wherever reliable carbon-free heat generation is required. Our experience is founded on nearly units sold in Europe, America, Africa and Asia. The boilers are operated for the efficient generation of steam and hot water for district heating and in the nuclear, chemical, pharmaceutical, paper and food processing industries. Our product range includes hot water and steam boilers with an output of 2 – 90 MW. These boilers are designed for a supply voltage of 6 – 36 kV. Their compact construction, rapid start-up times and heat generation with zero exhaust gas and noise emissions make them ideal for a wide range of applications.
