Founded in 1994 in the city of Poços de Caldas, Minas Gerais, Mineração Varginha is a company dedicated to the extraction and production of mineral resources, with an unwavering commitment to sustainability and socio-environmental responsibility. Strategically located in the south of Minas Gerais, 270 km from São Paulo and 470 km from Belo Horizonte, the company has a robust infrastructure and operates in several states across Brazil. Currently, there are more than 300 mining processes distributed across Minas Gerais, Goiás, São Paulo, Bahia, Rio Grande do Norte, and Tocantins. Our portfolio includes a wide variety of essential mineral substances for industry and agribusiness, including bauxite, clay, potassium, peat, verdete, phonolite, manganese, limestone, feldspar, among others. In addition, we are part of the rare earth market, supplying strategic minerals that are fundamental for the country’s technological and industrial advancement.
