More recently, Varsity’s Founder and CEO, John S. Yarosz, has guided the firm to its current status of being a major supplier of erosion control and land restoration services to the gas and oil industry in the Marcellus Shale region. Headquartered in Northeastern Pennsylvania, Varsity has completed projects throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Maryland, Delaware, Washington D.C, Virginia, West Virginia, and Ohio.
